Desired Aadhaar a Threat to National Security: Subramanian Swamy
BJP MP Subramanian Swamy on Monday opposed a movement to create Aadhar card correction compulsory, Desired Aadhaar stating it could be a danger to the national safety and also be struck down by the Supreme Court.
Swamy stated in a tweet He’d write to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the problem.
“I’m writing a letter shortly to PM detailing how mandatory Aadhar card status is a danger to our national safety. SC will I am certain that hit down it,” he tweeted.
His first Twitter article came a day after the Supreme Court stated its ministry seat would begin hearing a clutch of petitions challenging the Centre’s move to generate the Aadhar card download that carries a 12-digit special identification number compulsory for those wanting to avail themselves of providers and advantages of government welfare strategies from the previous week of November.
Swamy’s tweet comes following the Supreme Court on Monday issued a notice to the Centre on a petition challenging mandatory linking of Aadhaar amount with cellular connections.
The best court has requested the Central Government to document response over the next four months.
The Supreme Court’s five-judge ministry seat will hear that the issue of “inherent validity” of Aadhaar card in the past week of November.
